Casolari & Associates will work with you to find a fee arrangement that works well for both of us.  By bringing the best talent in the industry into projects when needed - but only when needed - we are able to work efficiently while controlling costs.  For our clients, this means quality work at a reasonable cost.

Our relationships with most clients start with individual projects such as a rate analysis or facility survey. When the projects are clearly defined, we can quote a fixed fee. However, for many of our projects, the scope isn’t clear until the first stages are complete. In these cases, a time and materials arrangement (capped with a not to exceed amount) usually works best.

After a few projects, some clients realize that they can benefit from our on-going services. Often we work as a client’s energy manager or as a technical resource for the client’s in-house energy manager.  For these clients, we design a retainer relationship.  This provides continuing access to our services for a set monthly fee.

In all cases, expenses are billed at our actual cost, without any mark-ups.
